End the Violence Business Toolkit is a workplace training program that helps employers and employees learn to talk about domestic violence issues in the workplace. End the Violence Business Toolkit is a training program that focuses on helping people know how to recognize and respond to domestic violence in the workplace and to what community agencies they can refer someone for further support.


The toolkit helps employers and employees have appropriate and effective conversations about domestic violence that will make a difference in the workplace. The program can be accessed entirely online, in person, or in combination of online and in person. Participating in the End the Violence Business Toolkit training programs helps you invest in your workforce, connect with local experts, and make a difference in the safety of your workplace and community.

Business Toolkit Training

The Spokane Regional Domestic Violence Coalition (SRDVC) has developed an employer resource called the End the Violence Business Toolkit, which is a tool to provide employers the necessary information on how to educate staff on domestic violence issues and is made up of three, 15-minute modules for all employees.

This toolkit is also designed to help and educate Human Resource staff or staff acting in that capacity, to direct individuals to resources within our community for support and also includes three 15-minute modules that will help management develop and implement a domestic violence prevention policy.
